SPIRIT continue..... Revelation 12.....
Then WAR BROKE OUT IN HEAVEN; Michael and his angels fought against the dragon.
The dragon with his angels fought back, but he was too weak, and they lost their place in heaven.
The great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent who led the whole world astray, whose name is the DEVIL, or SATAN; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels with him.
I heard A LOUD VOICE IN HEAVEN proclaim: "This is the TIME OF VICTORY FOR OUR GOD, the TIME OF HIS POWER AND SOVEREIGNTY, when HIS CHRIST COMES TO HIS RIGHTFUL RULE! For the accuser of our brothers, he who day and night accused them before our GOD, is overthrown.
By the SACRIFICE OF THE LAMB and BY THE WITNESS THEY BORE, they have CONQUERED HIM; faced with death they did not cling to life. Therefore REJOICE, you HEAVENS and YOU that dwell IN THEM!
But woe to you, EARTH AND SEA, for the DEVIL has COME DOWN TO YOU IN GREAT FURY, KNOWING THAT HIS TIME IS SHORT.
When the DRAGON SAW that he had been THROWN DOWN to the EARTH, he went in PURSUIT of the WOMAN who had given birth to the male child. But SHE was GIVEN the WINGS OF A MIGHTY EAGLE, so that SHE could FLY TO HER PLACE IN THE WILDERNESS where she was to be looked after for THREE and HALF YEARS, out of reach of the serpent.
From his MOUTH THE SERPENT spewed a FLOOD OF WATER AFTER THE WOMAN to sweep her away with its spate. But the EARTH came to her rescue : it OPENED ITS MOUTH and DRANK UP THE RIVER which the dragon spewed from his mouth.
FURIOUS with the woman, the dragon went off to wage WAR ON THE REST OF HER OFFSPRING, those WHO KEEP GOD's COMMANDMENTS and MAINTAIN THEIR WITNESS TO JESUS.
Trying to understand how this world function in our minds. Interrelation between physical and nonphysical entities.

SPIRIT continue.....
Habakkuk 2 ..... 'Woe betide THE PERSON WHO HAS BUILT A CITY WITH BLOODSHED
and FOUNDED A TOWN ON INJUSTICE, so that NATIONS TOIL FOR A PITTANCE, PEOPLE WEARY THEMSELVES FOR a mere NOTHING!'
IS NOT ALL THIS THE DOING OF THE LORD OF HOSTS? The EARTH will BE FULL OF the KNOWLEDGE OF the LORD's GLORY as the WATERS FILL THE SEA.
'WOE betide the PERSON WHO MAKES HIS COMPANIONS DRINK the outpouring of GOD's WRATH, making them DRUNK TO WATCH THEIR NAKED ORGIES!' You WILL DRINK DEEP DRAUGHTS, not of glory but OF SHAME, drinking in your turn UNTIL YOU STAGGER.
The CUP IN THE LORD's RIGHT HAND is PASSED TO YOU, and YOUR SHAME will EXCEED YOUR GLORY. The VIOLENCE done TO LEBANON will OVERWHELM YOU, the HAVOC WROUGHT ON ITS BEASTS WILL SHATTER YOU, because of the BLOODSHED and VIOLENCE you INFLICTED on CITIES and all their INHABITANTS over the EARTH.'
WHAT USE IS an idol after its maker has shaped it? IT IS only an image, a SOURCE OF LIES!
WHAT USE IS it when the MAKER TRUSTS WHAT HE HAD MADE? He is only making DUMB IDOLS!
'Woe betide THE PERSON WHO SAYS TO A BLOCK OF WOOD, 'Wake up,' TO A LIFELESS STONE, 'Bestir yourself '! Overlaid with gold and silver it may be, but THERE IS NO BREATH IN IT.'
The LORD is in his holy temple; let all the earth be silent in His Presence.
Compare to Revelation 12 and 13. SEVEN VISIONS
Revelation 12 After THAT
(the twenty-four elders, who sit on their thrones before GOD, prostrated themselves before HIM in adoration, saying: 'O LORD GOD, sovereign over all, YOU ARE and YOU WERE; we give YOU thanks because YOU HAVE ASSUMED FULL POWER AND ENTERED UPON YOUR REIGN. The NATIONS ROSE IN WRATH, but YOUR DAY OF WRATH HAS COME. Now is the TIME FOR THE DEAD TO BE JUDGED; now is the TIME FOR REWARDS TO BE GIVEN TO YOUR SERVANTS THE PROPHETS, to YOUR OWN PEOPLE, and to ALL WHO HONOR YOUR NAME, both SMALL AND GREAT; now is the TIME TO DESTROY THOSE WHO DESTROY THE EARTH.' GOD's SANCTUARY in HEAVEN was OPENED, and WITHIN his sanctuary WAS SEEN THE ARK OF HIS COVENANT. There came flashes of lightning and peals of thunder, an earthquake, and
a violent hailstorm).
THERE appeared a great SIGN IN HEAVEN; a WOMAN ROBED WITH THE SUN, BENEATH HER FEET THE MOON, and ON her HEAD a CROWN OF TWELVE STARS.
She was ABOUT TO BEAR A CHILD, and IN THE ANGUISH of her LABOUR she CRIED OUT TO BE DELIVERED.
THEN a SECOND SIGN appeared IN HEAVEN; a GREAT, FIERY RED DRAGON with SEVEN HEADS and TEN HORNS. ON HIS HEADS were SEVEN DIADEMS, and WITH HIS TAIL he SWEPT DOWN A THIRD OF THE STARS IN THE SKY and HURLED THEM TO THE EARTH. The DRAGON STOOD in FRONT of the WOMAN who was ABOUT TO GIVE BIRTH, so that WHEN her CHILD was BORN he might DEVOUR IT. But WHEN she gave BIRTH TO A MALE CHILD, who is DESTINED TO RULE ALL NATIONS WITH A ROD OF IRON, the child WAS SNATCHED UP TO GOD and TO HIS THRONE. The WOMAN herself FLED INTO the WILDERNESS, where she was TO BE LOOKED AFTER for TWELVE HUNDRED and SIXTY DAYS IN A PLACE PREPARED for her BY GOD.

SPIRIT
In Hebrew, ru'ahh; in Greek, pneu'ma. The English word spirit is from the Latin spirare, meaning to breathe. The words respiration, expiration and inspiration all being derived from the same source.
Similarly the Greek pneu'ma comes from pne'o, meaning to breathe or blow, and the Hebrew ru'ahh is believed to come from a root having extended meanings beyond that basic sense.
Compare Habakkuk 2 and Revelation 13.
The words of the prophet Habakkuk come from near the end of the seventh century B.C., at a time when the Babylonians were in power. He was deeply disturbed by the violence of these cruel people, and asked the LORD, "So why are you silent while they destroy people who are more righteous than they are?" The LORD's answer was that HE would take action in HIS OWN GOOD TIME, and meanwhile "THOSE WHO ARE RIGHTEOUS WILL LIVE BECAUSE THEY ARE FAITHFUL TO GOD."
Habakkuk 2 I shall stand at my post, I shall take up my position on the watch-tower, keeping a look-out to learn what HE said to me, how HE responds to my complaint. The LORD gives me this answer:
"WRITE DOWN A VISION, INSCRIBE IT CLEARLY ON TABLETS, SO THAT IT MAY BE READ AT A GLANCE.
THERE IS A VISION FOR THE APPOINTED TIME; IT WILL TESTIFY TO THE DESTINED HOUR AND WILL NOT PROVE FALSE.
THOUGH IT DELAYS, WAIT FOR IT, FOR IT WILL SURELY COME BEFORE TOO LONG. The RECKLESS will LACK AN ASSURED FUTURE, while the RIGHTEOUS will LIVE BY BEING FAITHFUL.
As for ONE WHO IS CONCEITED, TREACHEROUS, and ARROGANT, still LESS WILL HE REACH HIS GOAL; HIS THROAT GAPES AS WIDE AS SHEOL and HE IS INSATIABLE AS
DEATH, ROUNDING UP EVERY NATION, GATHERING IN ALL PEOPLES TO HIMSELF.
SURELY WITH VEILED TAUNTS and INSULTS THEY WILL ALL TURN ON HIM AND SAY,
'Woe betide the person who amasses WEALTH THAT IS NOT HIS AND ENRICHES HIMSELF WITH GOODS TAKEN IN PLEDGE!'
Will not your debtors suddenly start up? Will not those be roused who will shake you till you are empty? Will not you fall a victim to them? BECAUSE YOU yourself HAVE PLUNDERED MANY NATIONS, because of THE BLOODSHED AND VIOLENCE you INFLICTED ON CITIES and all their INHABITANTS OVER THE EARTH, NOW THE REST OF THE WORLD WILL PLUNDER YOU.
'Woe betide the PERSON WHO SEEKS UNJUST GAIN FOR HIS HOUSE, BUILDING HIS
NEST ON A HEIGHT TO SAVE HIMSELF FROM THE ONSET OF DISASTER!'
Your SCHEMES TO OVERTHROW MANY NATIONS will bring DISHONOR TO YOUR HOUSE and put YOUR OWN LIFE IN JEOPARDY.
The STONES WILL CRY OUT FROM THE WALL, and FROM THE TIMBERS a BEAM WILL ANSWER THEM.' ...........
SACRED SPIRITS
In many parts of the world, GHOSTS are a fact of life. In China the dead are understood to co-exist with the living, a belief which gave rise to the practice of ancestor worship. In South America, the deceased are honored with annual festivals known as the Day of the Dead which give as the idea that the material world of the living and the spirit world of the dead share their existence.
In the Eastern and Asiatic religions it is believed that death is not the end, but simply a transition from one state of being to another.
In the Scriptures the dead are shown to be "CONSCIOUS OF NOTHING AT ALL." In both the Hebrew and Greek Scriptures death is likened to sleep with the hope of an awakening through the resurrection. The ancestors are related to the world of the living in a way that we harvest from them the choices they took either good collecting blessings or evil collecting curses. We are being given free choice and by heart we have to decide which way to go. Being alive in the material world but dead in the spirit is what we need to understand by the language of the heart.
Read this passage in the Scriptures.
Deuteronomy 30 : 1 - 19 "I have NOW given you A CHOICE between a BLESSING and a CURSE. When ALL THESE THINGS HAVE HAPPENED TO YOU, and you are LIVING AMONG THE NATIONS where the LORD YOUR GOD has SCATTERED YOU, you will REMEMBER THE CHOICE I gave you. If YOU AND YOUR DESCENDANTS will TURN BACK TO THE LORD and WITH ALL YOUR HEART OBEY HIS COMMANDS that I am giving you today, then THE LORD YOUR GOD WILL HAVE MERCY ON YOU. He will BRING YOU BACK from the nations where He has scattered you, and He will MAKE YOU PROSPEROUS AGAIN. Even if you are scattered the farthest corners of the earth, the Lord your God will gather you together and bring you back, so that YOU MAY AGAIN TAKE POSSESSION OF THE LAND WHERE YOUR ANCESTORS ONCE LIVED. AND He WILL MAKE YOU MORE PROSPEROUS AND MORE NUMEROUS THAN YOUR ANCESTORS EVER WERE. The Lord your God WILL GIVE YOU AND YOUR DESCENDANTS OBEDIENT HEARTS, so that YOU WILL LOVE HIM WITH ALL YOUR HEART, and you will continue to live IN THAT LAND. ......He will be as glad to make you PROSPEROUS AS HE WAS TO MAKE YOUR ANCESTORS PROSPEROUS, but you will have to OBEY HIM and KEEP ALL HIS LAWS that are written in this book of his teachings. YOU WILL HAVE TO TURN TO HIM WITH ALL YOUR HEART. The command that I am giving you TODAY is not difficult or beyond you reach..... TODAY I AM GIVING YOU A CHOICE BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL, BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH. ...But IF YOU DISOBEY AND REFUSE TO LISTEN, and are led away to worship other gods, YOU WILL BE DESTROYED - I WARN YOU HERE AND NOW. You will not live long in that land across the Jordan that you are about to occupy. I AM NOW GIVING YOU THE CHOICE BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH, BETWEEN GOD's BLESSING and GOD's CURSE, and I CALL HEAVEN and EARTH TO WITNESS THE CHOICE you make. CHOOSE LIFE."
The fact in this passage is that our spirit has to be in communion to the ONE who is representing us in the invisible world. If we fail to follow the commands already taught to our ancestors then we will suffer the consequences applied to our soul's eternity.

HOW CAN I KNOW THAT THE LAND WILL BE MINE?........ Genesis 15:9
Genesis 15: 1 After Abram was blessed by Melchizedek from the VICTORY over Chedorlaomer and the other kings, Abram had a vision and heard the LORD say to him, "DO NOT BE AFRAID, Abram. I WILL SHIELD YOU FROM DANGER AND GIVE YOU A GREAT REWARD."
Genesis 15: 4 Then he heard the LORD speaking to him again: "THIS SLAVE ELIEZER WILL NOT INHERIT YOUR PROPERTY; YOUR OWN SON (the believe in Jesus Christ) WILL BE YOUR HEIR.
Genesis 15: 6 Abram BELIEVED IN THE LORD; and the LORD counted it to him for RIGHTEOUSNESS.
GENESIS 15: 12 When the sun was going down, Abram fell into a deep sleep, and FEAR AND TERROR came over him.
Paul's First Letter to the Corinthians was written to deal with the PROBLEMS OF CHRISTIAN LIFE and FAITH that had arisen IN THE CHURCH which Paul had establish at Corinth.
At that time CORINTH was a great COSMOPOLITAN GREEK CITY, the CAPITAL OF THE ROMAN PROVINCE OF ACHAIA. It was noted for its thriving commerce, proud culture, widespread immorality, and VARIETY OF RELIGIONS. The question that Abram said is related to this kind of world. "HOW CAN I KNOW THAT THE LAND WILL BE MINE," he said.
Paul's chief concerns are with problems such as divisions and immorality IN THE CHURCH, and with questions about sex and marriage, matters of conscience, church order, gifts of the HOLY SPIRIT, and the RESURRECTION.
1 Corinthians 15: 12 - 20 Now, since our MESSAGE is that CHRIST has been raised from DEATH, how can some of you say that the dead will not be raised to LIFE? If that is true, it means that CHRIST has not been raised from death, then we have nothing to preach and you have nothing to BELIEVE.
More than that, we are shown to be lying about GOD, because we said that HE RAISED CHRIST FROM DEATH. .... For if the dead are not raised, neither has CHRIST been raised...... then YOUR FAITH IS A DELUSION and YOU ARE STILL LOST IN YOUR SINS. It would also mean that THE BELIEVERS IN CHRIST WHO HAVE DIED ARE LOST. IF OUR HOPE IN CHRIST IS GOOD FOR THIS LIFE ONLY and no more, then we deserve more pity than anyone else in all the world. But THE TRUTH is that CHRIST HAS BEEN RAISED FROM DEATH, as THE GUARANTEE THAT THOSE WHO SLEEP IN DEATH will also BE RAISED.

DREAMS..... . Please make a comment.
For the benefit of mental stability and even physiological health, the unconscious and the conscious must be integrally connected and thus move on parallel lines. If they are split apart or "dissociated," psychological disturbance follows. In this respect, DREAM symbols are the essential message carriers from the instinctive to the rational parts of the human mind, and their interpretation enriches the poverty of consciousness so that it learns to understand again the forgotten language of the instincts.
We observed that the tribesmen in a location inside East Africa denied that they had any DREAMS. But indirect talks with them we soon found out that they had dreams just like everyone else, but that they did not observe them since in their collective conscious minds they convinced themselves that their dreams had no purpose and then no meaning. "Dreams of ordinary men mean nothing when thereis no purpose," they said to us. They thought that the only DREAMS that mattered to the tribesmen were those of chiefs and medicine men, which concerned to the welfare of the tribe. They claimed that the DREAMS of those important men of the tribe had ceased to bring meaningful messages from the time that the British came to their country. The district commissioner, that is the British official in charge of them, had taken over the position and function of the "GREAT DREAMS" that had guided the tribe's behavior.
The book of ECCLESIASTES contains thoughts of the "Philosopher." A man, like those in this African tribe, who reflected deeply on how short and contradictory human life is, with its mysterious injustices and frustrations, and concluded that "the short and contradictory human life is useless." He couldn't understand the WAYS of GOD, who controls human destiny. He advised people to work hard in the understanding, knowledge and wisdom of this short and contradictory period of time, and to enjoy the gifts of GOD as much and as long as they could.
When these tribesmen did have dreams, the meaningless that they attributed to them were like the modern man who thinks that a DREAM has no significance for him simply because he does not understand it in the parameters of the conscious mind. But even a city man can sometimes observe that a DREAM (which he may not even remember) can alter his mood for better or worse. The dream has been "comprehended," but only on the occasion when a dream is particularly impressive or repeats itself.
It is plain foolishness to believe in ready-made systematic guides to dream interpretation, as if one could simply buy a reference book and look up a particular symbol. No DREAM symbol can be separated from the individual who DREAMS it, and there is no definite or straightforward interpretation of any DREAM.

THE SPIRIT WORLD
GHOSTS are a fact, but not all ghost are spirits that left the body of the departed. The distinction is important to understand. Many individuals in their childhood experienced, voluntarily or involuntarily out-of-body experiences that are distinctly different from the most lucid of DREAMS and that confirm that our physical world is not the only reality.
We are spiritual beings inhabiting a physical body and that we can be temporarily released from this suit when we attain a state of deep relaxation, during sleep, when under surgical procedure or at moments of extreme physical or emotional crisis.
Take a look over these verses in Genesis 2:18- 20 Then the Lord God said, "It is not good for the man to live alone. I will make a suitable companion to help him." So He took some soil from the ground and formed all the animals and all the birds. The He brought them to the man to see what he would NAME them; and that is how they all got their NAMES. So the man NAMED all the birds and all the animals; but not one of them was a suitable companion to help him.
The different realms were formed and the man was the only one who named them. In the spiritual world, the act of naming means "giving birth." All of them were energy forces under his command.
But for the Lord and for the man, none of these forces were "a suitable companion to help him."
Genesis 2: 21- Then the Lord God made the MAN FALL INTO A DEEP SLEEP, and while he was sleeping, He took out one of the man's ribs and closed up the flesh. He formed a woman out of the rib and brought her to him. Then the man said, "At last, here is one of my own kind -Bone taken from my bone, and flesh from my flesh. 'Woman' is her NAME because she was taken out of man."
The Lord God made man to fall into a deep sleep, that fall put the man into a different level of creation, a unique level in which he can have the woman as a suitable companion to help him. This realm is totally different to the one of the animals and birds to which he gave names. God closes the gate immediately after He took the rib and formed the realm for both of them, united in one. Remember that the man fall into a deep sleep. It is not mentioned after that the man woke up.
In Genesis 15: 6- 8 Abram put his BELIEVED IN THE LORD; and HE COUNTED IT TO HIM FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS (the Lord was pleased with him and accepted him). Then the Lord said to him: "I AM THE LORD, THAT BROUGHT YOU OUT OF UR of the Chaldees (Babylonia), TO GIVE YOU THIS LAND TO INHERIT IT." And he said : "Lord God, whereby shall I know that I shall inherit it?"
The question formulated by Abram prove that the human being is easy to be misguided by the forces in opposition to GOD. The Lord God remainded him about HIS POWER over the forces in opposition to Him.
Genesis 15: 12- And when the sun was going down, A DEEP SLEEP FELL UPON ABRAM, and, lo, A HORROR OF GREAT DARKNESS FELL UPON HIM.
Abram entered into the world of the forces in opposition to God. The question: "How do I Know..." reflect the dependence that man has on the Word of the Lord. Only through the Word man will inherit the PROMISED LAND.
GHOSTS are not the chain-rattling spooks of lurid supernatural fiction. It is something far more real.
Ghosts cover a wide range of psyche activity, each revealing another aspect of our unconscious mind.
We are inclined to disbelieve anything that do not fall into the rational understanding of our personal experience. That means that only that which can be perceived through the senses should be accepted as real. The psyche phenomena do not violate or contradict nature; it is part of the natural world and conforms to universal laws. All metaphysic phenomena could be explained better by the existence of spirits than by the qualities and peculiarities of the mind in its unconscious world. The belief in an immortal human soul and its survival after death dates back since the world was created and is common to almost every culture around the world.

DREAMS...... continue
The more that consciousness is influenced by prejudices, errors, fantasies, and infantile wishes, the more already existing gap will widen into a trouble dissociation and lead to a more or less artificial life far removed from healthy instincts, nature, and truth. We can mention the case of a man who was inextricably involved in a number of shady affairs. He developed an almost morbid passion for dangerous mountain climbing, as a sort of compensation. He was seeking "to get above himself." in a DREAM one night, he saw himself stepping off the summit of a high mountain into empty space.
When he told about his dream, his friend instantly saw the danger and tried to emphasize the warning that the dream was revealing about his own death. The friend persuaded the man to restrain from climbing because of the dream. It was in vain. Six months later he "stepped off into space." A mountain guide watched him and another climber letting themselves down on a rope in a difficult place. The other guy had found a temporary foothold on a ledge, and the dreamer was following him down.
Suddenly he let go of the rope, according to the guide, "as if he were jumping into the air." He fell upon the other climber, and both went down and were killed.
Another case was of a lady who was living above herself. she was high and mighty in her daily life, but she had shocking DREAMS, reminding her of all sorts of unsavory things. When she felt that the unconscious was showing up the roots of the problem, she refused to acknowledge them. The dreams then became menacing, and full of references to the walks she used to take by herself in the woods, where she indulged in soulful fantasies. Soon afterwards, she was savagely attacked in the woods by a sexual pervert; but for the intervention of some people who heard her screams, she would have been killed.
What her dreams had shown to this woman was her secret longing for adventure - just as the mountain climber unconsciously sought the satisfaction of finding a definite way out of his difficulties. Obviously, neither of them expected the stiff price involved: She had several bones broken, and he paid with his life.
DREAMS announce certain situations long before they actually happen. This is not necessarily a miracle or a form of precognition. many crises in our lives have a long unconscious history. We move toward them step by step, unaware of the dangers that are accumulating. But what we consciously fail to see is frequently perceived by our unconscious, which can pass the information on through DREAMS. Dreams warn us in this way. They sometimes behave like the Delphic oracle that told King Croesus that if he crossed the Halys River he would destroy a large kingdom. It was only after he had been completely defeated in battle after the crossing that he discovered that the kingdom meant by the oracle was his own.
One cannot afford to be naive in dealing with dreams. They originate in a spirit that is not quite human, but is rather a breath of nature. If we want to characterize this spirit, we shall get closer to it in the sphere of ancient mythologies, or the fables of the ancient forest. A spirit of the beautiful and generous as well as of the cruel goddess.
We can't deny the great gains that have resulted from the evolution of civilized society. But these gains have been made at the price of enormous losses, whose extent we have scarcely begun to estimate.
The ancient man of the ancient cultures was much more governed by his instincts than are his "rational" modern descendants, who have learned to "control" themselves. Fortunately, we have not lost these basic instincts; they remain part of the unconscious, even though they express themselves in DREAMS.

DREAMS.... Please make your comments.
We are so accustomed to the apparently rational nature of our world that we scarcely imagine anything happening that cannot be explained by commonsense. An ancient man confronted by a shock of this kind would not doubt his sanity; he would think of fetishes, spirits, or gods. The terrors that stem from our elaborate civilization is far more threatening than those that an ancient man attributed to demons.
Many DREAMS present images and associations that are analogous to the ones presented in ancient times as ideas, myths and rites. They are psychic elements surviving in the human mind from ages long ago. The associations and images of this kind are an integral part of the unconscious and can be observed everywhere - whether the dreamer is educated or illiterate, intelligent or stupid. They are not in any sense lifeless or meaningless "remnants." They still function, as they are especially valuable because of their "historical" nature. They form a bridge between the ways in which we consciously express our thoughts and a more natural, more colorful, and pictorial form of expression. It is this form that appeals directly to feeling and emotion. These "historical" association are the link between the rational world of consciousness and the world of instinct.
There is an interesting contrast between the "controlled" thoughts we have when we are awake and the wealth of imagery produced in DREAMS. When we are awake, we strip so many ideas from their emotional energy, we do not respond to them in any way. Something more is needed to bring them home to us effectively enough to make us change our attitude and our behavior. That is what "DREAM LANGUAGE" does; its symbolism has so much psychic energy that we are forced to pay attention to it.
The general function of DREAMS is to try to restore our psychological balance by producing dream material that re-establishes, in a subtle way, the total psychic equilibrium. This is what we call the complementary (or compensatory) role of DREAMS in our psychic make-up. It explains why people who have unrealistic ideas or too high an opinion of themselves, or who make grandiose plans out of proportion to their real capacities, have dreams of flying or falling. There was, for instance, a lady who was well known for her stupid prejudices and her stubborn resistance to reasoned argument. This typical behavior can be manifested through the feminine forces either in men or women.
One could have argued with "her" all night to no effect; she would have taken not the slightest notice. Her dreams, however, took a different line of approach. One night, she dreamed she was attending an important social occasion. She was greeted by the hostess with the words: "How nice that you could come. All your friends are here, and they are waiting for you." The hostess then led her to the door and opened it, and the dreamer stepped through -into a cowshed! The woman would not at first admit the point of a dream that struck so directly at her self-importance; but its message nevertheless went home, and after a time she had to accept it.
In our conscious life
We are so accustomed to the apparently rational nature of our world that we scarcely imagine anything happening that cannot be explained by commonsense.

DREAMS....
Please read the following and make your comment.
The two fundamental points in dealing with DREAMS are these: First, the DREAM should be treated as a fact, about which one must make no previous assumption except that it somehow makes sense; and second, the DREAM is a specific expression of the unconscious.
Part of the unconscious consists of a multitude of temporarily obscured thoughts, impressions, and images that in spite of being lost, continue to influence our conscious mind.
Forgetting is a normal process, in which certain conscious ideas loose their specific energy because one's attention has been deflected. When interest turns elsewhere, it leaves in shadow the things with which one was previously concerned, just as a searchlight lights upon a new area by leaving another in darkness. This is unavoidable, for consciousness can keep only a few images in full clarity at one time, and even this clarity fluctuates.
Forgotten ideas have not ceased to exist. Although they cannot be reproduced at will, they are present in a subliminal state -just beyond the threshold of recall- from which they can rise again spontaneously at any time, often after many years of apparent total oblivion.
We all see, hear, smell, and taste many things without noticing them at the time, either because our attention is deflected or because the stimulus to our senses is too slight to leave a conscious impression. The unconscious, however, has taken note of them, and such subliminal sense perceptions play a significant part in our everyday lives. Without our realizing it, they influence the way in which we react to both events and people.
In cases of extreme mass hysteria (called "possession" in the past), the conscious mind and ordinary sense perception seem eclipsed. The frenzy state of a group of people united in a sort of common behavior make them to fall into trances and, sometimes, to turn their hysteria against themselves.
Many people mistakenly overestimate the role of will power and think that nothing can happen to their minds that they do not decide and intend. But one must learn to discriminate carefully between intentional and unintentional contents of the mind. The intentional are derived from the ego personality; the unintentional, however, arise from a source that is not identical with the ego, but is its "other side."
The unconscious is no more than a cursory sketch of the nature and functioning of this complex part of the human mind. It indicates the language of the subliminal material from which the symbols of our dreams may be spontaneously produced. This language can consists of all the urges, impulses, and intentions; all perceptions and intuitions; all rational or irrational thoughts, conclusions, inductions, deductions, and premises; and all varieties of feeling. Any or all of these can be partial, temporary, or constant language of the unconscious affecting the conscious in our everyday life.

As long as concepts are identical with mer words, the variation is almost imperceptible and plays no practical role. But when an exact definition or a careful explanation is needed, one can discover the variations, not only in the understanding of the term, but particularly in its emotional tone and its application. As a rule, these variations are subliminal and never realized. Even the most matter-of-fact contents of consciousness have a penumbra of uncertainty around them. Even defined philosophical or mathematical concept is more than what we assume. The very numbers we use in counting are more than we take them to be. They are at the same time mythological elements (for the Pythagoreans they were divine); but we are unaware of this when we use numbers for practical purpose.
The subliminal aspects of everything that happens to us seem to play very little part in our daily lives. But in DREAMS analysis they are very relevant. They are the almost invisible roots of our conscious thoughts. Objects or ideas can assume such powerful significance in a DREAM that we may awake seriously disturbed.
The images produced in DREAMS are much more picturesque and vivid than the concepts and experiences we have when we are awake. The reason for this is that, in a DREAM, concepts are expressed with the unconscious meaning. When we are awake our conscious thoughts are restrained within the limits of our rational statements -statements that are much less colorful because we have stripped them of most of their psychic association.
A man recalled his DREAM : In the dream a certain man was trying to get behind him and jump on his back. He knew nothing of this man except that he was aware that this man had somehow picked up a remark he has made and had twisted it into a grotesque travesty of the actual meaning. But he could not see the connection between this fact and the attempts of the man in the dream to jump on his back.
There is a value in keeping a conscious control over one's emotional reactions. The point the DREAM has made translated into a pictorial image was the saying: "You can climb on my back," which means "I don't care what you say about me." The DREAM expressed the point indirectly by means of a metaphor that the man could not at first understand. When this happen (as it so often does) it is not deliberate "disguise" by a DREAM; it simply reflects the deficiencies in our understanding.
Look what the Scriptures say about WISDOM. Ecc.7:11 Everyone who lives ought to be wise; it is as good as receiving an inheritance and will give you as much security as money can. Wisdom keeps you safe - this is the advantage of KNOWLEDGE. Ecc.7:19 WISDOM does more for a person than ten rulers can do for a city. Ecc.7: I devoted myself to KNOWLEDGE and study; I was determined to find WISDOM and the answers to all my questions, and to learn how wicked and foolish stupidity is.
In our daily experience, we need to discard the trimmings of fantasy both in our language and in our thoughts. Most of us have consigned to the unconscious all the fantastic language associations that every object or idea possesses. Our ancestors, on the other hand, were aware of these psychic properties; they endowed animals, plants or stones with powers that, in our days, we find it strange and unacceptable. Still, in Africa, for example, we can find an African jungle dweller, he sees a nocturnal creature by daylight and knows that the creature adopted a human form and it is interpreted to be a medicine man who has temporarily taken the human shape. Or this jungle dweller may regard it as the bush soul or ancestral spirit of one of his tribe. A tree play a vital part in the life of this dwellers, apparently possessing for him its own soul and voice, feeling in his heart that he shares its fate. There are some natives in South America who are convinced they are Red Arara parrots, though they are well aware that they lack feathers, wings, and beaks. The reason is that inside the Nature's world things do not have the same sharp boundaries they do in our "rational" societies. Our "mystical participation" has been stripped off from our world of things. It is exactly this halo of unconscious associations that gives a colorful and fantastic aspect to the Nature's world. We have lost it to such degree that we do not recognize it when we meet it again; instead we even insist that something is wrong inside us.

DREAMS
Please give me your comment about the following statements.
The discovery that the unconscious is no mere depository of the past, but is also full of information of future psychic situations and ideas. It is a fact that, in addition to memories from a long-distant conscious past, completely new thoughts and creative ideas can also present themselves from the unconscious, thoughts and ideas that have never been conscious before. They grow up from the dark depths of the mind like a lotus and form a most important part of the subliminal psyche. We find this in everyday life. many artists, philosophers, and scientists owe some of their best ideas to inspirations that appear suddenly from the unconscious. The ability to reach a rich vein of such material and to translate it effectively into philosophy, literature, music, or scientific discovery is one commonly called genius. For example, the French mathematician Poincare and the chemist Kekule owed important scientific discoveries (as they themselves admit) to sudden pictorial "revelations" from the unconscious. The so-called "mystical" experience of the French philosopher Descartes involved a similar sudden revelation in which he saw in a flash the "order of all sciences." The British author Robert Louis Stevenson had spent years looking for a story that would fit his "strong sense of man's double being," when the plot of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde was suddenly revealed to him in a dream.
The unconscious mind order its material so differently from the disciplined pattern that we can impose on our thoughts when we are awake. Yet anyone who stops for a moment to recall a dream will be aware of this contrast, which is in fact one of the main reasons why the ordinary person finds DREAMS so hard to understand. They do not make sense in terms of the person's normal life when they are awake, and the individual therefore is inclined to disregard them.
We realize the fact that the ideas with which we deal in our apparently disciplined life when we are awake are by no means as precise as we like to believe. On the contrary, their meaning (and their emotional significance for us) becomes more imprecise the more closely we examine them. The reason for this is that anything we have heard or experienced when we are awake can become subliminal, that is to say, can pass into the unconscious. And even the experiences retained in our conscious mode has acquired an unconscious undertone that will appear every time it is recalled. Our conscious impressions, in fact, quickly assume an element of unconscious meaning that is physically significant for us, though we are not consciously aware of the existence of this subliminal meaning or of the way in which it both extends and confuses the conventional meaning. Of course, such psychic undertones differ from one person to another. The reason for this variation is that a general notion is received into an individual way. And the difference of meaning is naturally greatest when people have widely different social, political, religious, or psychological experiences.

DREAMS.....
Please read the following and give me your opinion.
There are people whose consciousness is at different level of development than the average ones. Their "souls" (psyche) is not felt to be a unit.
In many cultures, it is assumed that a man has a "bush soul" (Bill Pullman's book "The Golden Compass") as well as his own, this "bush soul" is incarnate in a wild animal or a tree, with which the human individual has some kind of connection or identity. If the "bush soul" is that of an animal, the animal itself is considered as some sort of brother to the man. A man whose brother is a crocodile, for instance, is supposed to be safe when swimming a crocodile-infested river. If the "bush soul" is a tree, the tree is presumed to have something like parental authority over the individual concerned ( Eve's connection with the tree of Knowledge of good and evil).
It is well known psychological fact that an individual may have an unconscious identity with some other person or object. It is assumed that a man has a number of souls. This means that the individual's psyche is far from being safely synthesized; on the contrary, it is threatens to fragment only too easily under the onslaught of unchecked emotions.
If somebody with little experience and knowledge of dreams thinks that dreams are just chaotic occurrences without meaning, the person is at liberty to do so. But if one assumes that they are normal events, one is bound to consider that they are either casual or in a certain way purposive, or both.
In the Middle Ages, long before the physiologists demonstrates that by reason of our glandular structure there are both male and female elements in all of us. It was said that "every man carries a woman within himself." It is this female element in every male that it is called the "anima." An individual's visible personality may seem quite normal, the person may well be concealing from others as well as from oneself the deplorable condition of "the woman within." It works in the other way around too. The person may well conceal the deplorable condition of "the man within."
A dream has its own limitation. Its specific form itself tells us what belongs to it and what leads away from it. Apply always this question : "What does the DREAM say?" For instance, a person dreamed of a drunken and vulgar woman. In the dream, it seemed that this woman was his wife, though in real life his wife was totally different. On the surface, the DREAM was totally untrue, and the person rejected it as dream nonsense. This person inevitable have tried to get as far away as possible from the unpleasant suggestion of his dream, or, on the contrary, taken it for granted, on the surface, and in his mind, accuse the wife of being a hypocrite woman behaving like a sheep, creating a conflict in his unconscious mind. Clearly the DREAM somehow expressed the idea of a degenerate female who was closely connected with the dreamer's life, the person had to look elsewhere trying to understand the meaning of this repulsive female image. This particular DREAM was showing that the individual's female side was not nice. His dream was actually saying to this person: "You are in some respects behaving like a degenerate female," and thus gave to this individual an appropriate shock. The DREAM was not telling the person to "behave better," it was simply trying to balance the lopsided nature of his conscious mind, which was maintaining the fiction that the individual was a perfect human being throughout.

DREAMS
Please read the following views about dreams and give me a feed back.
The world inside us is just as much vital and real part of our lives as the CONSCIOUS world of the ego does and infinitely wider and richer.
The language and the people of the UNCONSCIOUS world are symbols and the means of communications DREAMS.
The great guide, the most direct friend and advisor of the conscious is the unconscious.
DREAM is not a kind of standardized cryptogram that can be decoded by a glossary of symbol meanings, instead it is an integral. important and personal expression of the unconscious world in every human being.
The UNCONSCIOUS world is communicating with the dreamer alone and selects symbols for its purpose that have meaning to the dreamer and to nobody else, thus the interpretation
is an entirely personal and individual business
The communication between the two worlds are of the highest importance to the dreamer,
since the unconscious is half of his total being and offers advice or guidance that could be obtained from no other source.
The dreaming of DREAMS is not a matter of chance, on the contrary, it is the ability to establish communication with the unconscious that constitutes a half part of the whole man and learning how to be receptive to this language of the unconscious world is a great help to maintain the balance between the conscious and the unconscious universes in us.
Those who have limited themselves to living entirely IN the world of the CONSCIOUS AND REJECT any sort of communication with the unconscious bind themselves by the laws of the conscious in their normal lives. They argue from assumed premises to deduced conclusions.
Arguments that spiral upward over a subject like a bird circling a tree, have different approach. At first, near the ground, it sees only a confusion of leaves and branches. Gradually, as it circles higher and higher, the aspects of the tree form a wholeness and relate to their surroundings. Some may find this method of argument obscure or even confusing but very soon it will be so persuasive and profound journey.
The ESSENCE OF LIFE is when man becomes whole, integrated, calm, fertile, and happy.
The process of individualization is complete, when the conscious and the unconscious have learned to live at PEACE and to complement one another.
Man produces SYMBOLS unconsciously and spontaneously, in the form of DREAMS. The unconscious aspect of any event is revealed to us in DREAMS, where it appears not as a rational thought but as a SYMBOLIC image. Every experience contains an indefinite number of unknown factors. There are certain events of which we have not consciously taken note. They have been absorbed subliminally and we become aware of such happenings only in a moment of INTUITION or profound THOUGHT that leads to a later realization that they must have happened; and we may have originally ignored their emotional importance.
The UNCONSCIOUS aspect of any event is revealed to us in DREAMS, where it appears as a SYMBOLIC IMAGE. It implies the existence of two "subjects" or two "personalities," within the same person. It is a normal fact that can be observed at any time and everywhere.
